Job Summary
Registered Nurse staffing pool role at Mission Hospital in Morganton, NC. Provides leadership to facilitate delivery of professional nursing care, uses the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and delivers and documents care and teaching to patients and families. Eligible for a sign-on bonus. Requires licensure as RN in NC (eNLC may apply) and BSN (or enrollment with BSN within 5 years); BLS certification; opportunity for advanced degree preferred (Masters in Nursing).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in BSN program with BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC license may apply)
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
