Job Summary
Registered Nurse leading professional nursing care at Mission Hospital with staffing support, technology, and resources to deliver safe, high-quality care. Provides leadership in the delivery of nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation), including delegation, supervision, and documentation for patients and families; implements medically prescribed interventions; eligible for a sign-on bonus; requires a BSN (or enrollment in BSN with completion within 5 years) and current NC nursing license with eNLC options; strong emphasis on clinical education, patient care, and collaboration within an experienced health-system environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrolled in BSN program with BSN within 5 years of hire
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with North Carolina Board of Nursing
- BLS Healthcare ProviderCertificate
