Job Summary
Provide compassionate, adaptable nursing care across multiple units within the Staffing Pool for CarePartners, delivering patient-centered assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and escalating changes in patient status to ensure timely, safe interventions. The role requires quick adaptation to varying workflows and clinical specialties, collaboration with provider networks, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and quality patient experiences across diverse clinical environments.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Current nursing license (RN)
- ability to float between units across care settings
