Job Summary
Registered Nurse Staffing Pool role focusing on leadership in delivering professional patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Responsibilities include facilitating care, delegation, supervision, and teaching of patients and families, with opportunities to participate in hospital councils and nursing initiatives. Eligible for sign-on bonus. Location: Gallatin, TN. Must maintain RN licensure with NC Board of Nursing; BCLS required within 30 days; preferred Associate Degree with potential for facility- or home-care experience.

- Required Education: Accredited RN Program
- Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Compact license may apply, license should confirm with NCBON; BCLS
