Job Summary
Assess patient needs and prioritize care plans, then delegate tasks and evaluate patient responses to ensure expected outcomes are met. Remain accountable for all patient care delivered during the assigned shift. BLS certification required before orientation; ACLS required within one year of hire. State board nursing education with current Alabama or multi-state licensure is mandatory. New graduates are accepted.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of state board School of Nursing
- current Alabama or multi-state licensure
- BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period
- ACLS within one year of hire
