Job Summary
Registered Nurse sought to join St Vincent’s Care Services in Carina, Brisbane area. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care for residents, partnering with professionals to meet health and clinical needs, follow care plans, and uphold resident rights. Requires AHPRA nursing registration and at least 2+ years in residential aged care, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with care software (AutumnCare or similar). Required Qualifications
- Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential
- 2+ years’ nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded
- Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
- Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
