Job Summary
The Home Health RN delivers skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, manages scheduling, and ensures timely completion of client visits with accurate, thorough documentation. Responsibilities include in-home assessments for veterans, wound and catheter care, medication setup, and efficient scheduling of visits, requiring independent work and strong organizational skills. Training is provided for unfamiliar skills; new graduates are encouraged to apply. In-person work in patient homes, with a Monday–Friday schedule, flexible hours, company car, and a supportive, mission-driven environment are offered.
