Job Summary
Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data and continuously record patient conditions while performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiovascular lab. Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations, addressing psychosocial and physical aspects of surgical environment care. Communicate continuously with physicians regarding patient status, assess procedure room readiness, and obtain supplies to meet Cardiovascular Laboratory team needs. Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Requires an active RN license, BCLS/ACLS certificates, and one year of cardiovascular lab or critical care experience. Full-time day shifts with 10-hour rotations at Saint Clare's Health Denville.
Required Qualifications
- Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License
- Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN)
