Job Summary
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols; utilizes nursing process to develop and implement care plans; develops assessment and management strategies across physical, cultural, social, economic, developmental, spiritual, and vocational dimensions; collaborates with patient, family, and inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care; educates patients and families on health measures; fosters a healthy work environment and applies evidence-based nursing practice in medical-surgical settings; requires active RN licensure in appropriate states and BLS HCP certification; night shift; 36 scheduled hours per week; department M MED/SURG/TELE.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Basic Life Support (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois/Missouri/OK/WI licensure or compact state
