Job Summary
Assess patient health and well-being across a complex, changing caseload on busy surgical wards while providing post-operative care including wound dressing, IVs, and drains. Work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team to promote best practice in health and safety and security, developing your own knowledge and skills alongside others. Deliver high-quality care to meet diverse patient needs in a setting offering advanced treatments and specialist fields like orthopaedics and general surgery.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registered
- No restrictions or conditions on NMC pin
- Minimum of 6 months, post-graduation, Hospital experience
- Employment in surgical or acute settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisation skills
- Ability to provide the best quality of patient care
- Surgical Experience
