Job Summary
Assess patient health and well-being across a complex, changing caseload on a busy surgical ward while providing post-operative care including wound dressing, IVs, and drains. Deliver care to meet patient needs within a highly supportive team, promoting best practice in health and safety and security. Develop your own knowledge and skills alongside others to maintain high standards of patient care. This role is based at Spire Washington, a 35-bed hospital with four operating theatres and a full diagnostic suite, offering development opportunities for registered nurses with at least two years of acute or surgical experience.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registered
- Minimum of 2 years hospital experience
- Employment in surgical or acute settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to provide the best quality of patient care
- NMC pin without restrictions or conditions
