Registered Nurse - Spine and Pain Management

Conduct focused assessments, triage symptoms, and support ongoing evaluation of spine and pain-related conditions for patients with acute and chronic pain. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers to support treatment plans, including injections and interventional procedures. Assist with clinic operations, including patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and post-procedure care, while accurately documenting care in the electronic medical record. Provide clear patient education on medications, procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management strategies. Communicate changes in patient condition promptly and follow appropriate escalation pathways. Maintain professional accountability for patient care and confidentiality in a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.
