Registered Nurse - Spine and Pain Management

Conduct focused assessments, triage symptoms, and support ongoing evaluation of spine and pain-related conditions for patients with acute and chronic pain. Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to support treatment plans, including injections and interventional procedures, while assisting with clinic operations such as patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and post-procedure care. Deliver clear patient education on medications, procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management strategies, ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Maintain professional accountability for patient care and confidentiality while communicating condition changes promptly. Work a full-time, 40-hour day shift Monday through Friday in a supportive environment with opportunities for ongoing learning in a growing specialty practice.
