Registered Nurse - Spine and Pain Management

Provide focused assessments, triage symptoms, and support ongoing evaluation of spine and pain-related conditions for patients with acute and chronic pain. Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to support treatment plans, including injections and interventional procedures, while assisting with clinic operations such as patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and post-procedure care. Deliver clear patient education on medications, procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management strategies, ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Maintain professional accountability for patient care, coordinate care with other departments, and communicate changes in patient condition promptly. Work Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on improving patient function and quality of life.
