Registered Nurse - Spine and Pain Management

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to patients with acute and chronic pain conditions by performing focused assessments, triage symptoms, and supporting ongoing evaluation of spine and pain-related conditions. Assist with clinic operations including patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and post-procedure care while collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers to support treatment plans such as injections and interventional procedures. Provide clear patient education on medications, procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management strategies, then accurately document all care, interventions, and education in the electronic medical record. Prioritize tasks to support efficient clinic flow and communicate changes in patient condition promptly following appropriate escalation pathways.
