Job Summary
Lead the healthcare team at Kernersville Medical Center by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems. Collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support peaceful death. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey while accepting full responsibility for care management in accordance with current policies. Work a PRN schedule from 7pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- One year relevant experience
