REGISTERED NURSE

Plan, provide, and direct patient care and teaching in the PACU while utilizing the nursing process in accordance with patient care standards and physician orders. Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and families, and collaborate with other health care members. Assist in the orientation process of new personnel and participate in health center and department committees. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to age groups based on chronological age, developmental age, and psycho-social maturity. Maintain current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing and hold required CPR and BLS certifications.
