Registered Nurse, South 3, Memorial, Evenings, 32 Hours

Manage direct patient care from admission to discharge for the South 3 unit, utilizing the nursing process to perform assessments, coordinate individual care plans, and execute discharge planning. Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting while appropriately delegating tasks to staff based on competency levels. Ensure all activities adhere to standard nursing practice and unit-specific competencies. This evening shift role includes 32 hours scheduled from 245p to 1115p, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
