Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive, systematic population health assessments to address multiple determinants of health impacting individuals and communities. Implement primary prevention and health promotion strategies across individuals, families, communities, and health systems. Provide community collaboration and health education in response to priorities identified through ongoing assessments, focusing on health inequities and unique sub-population needs. Support clinical and population-based health services within Public Health Region 9/10. Requires an active Texas RN license with public health or community health experience. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed. Immediate consideration given to qualified candidates.
