Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) providing individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to patients. Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Delivers care across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as patients move along the continuum of care. Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient assessment, provides patient education, performs triage, and administers various nursing interventions. Practices within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards; adheres to ethics and professional standards. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site. Benefits and weekly pay with included stipend are offered. Location: Fergus Falls, MN (per scraper guidance) with travel staffing opportunities.
