Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) position for travel staffing at Chamberlain Medical Center and Sanford sites. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation), collaborating with physicians and inter-professional teams, providing patient-centered care across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, coordinating care, patient assessment and education, triage, and performing nursing interventions within the scope of practice. Contracts are 14 weeks with option to extend or relocate to another Sanford site; requires accreditation-compliant nursing education and licensure, with BSN preferred; travel experience and a valid RN license are required. Pay is weekly with benefits eligibility; drug screen and background check are conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license (state board licensing) or multistate license if applicable
- 1 year of experience; 6 months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
