Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity with Solutions By Sanford at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, collaborating with physicians and inter-professional teams, planning and coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and other nursing interventions. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current unencumbered RN licensure, and willingness to fulfill a 14-week contract with potential extensions; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Travel-based assignment with weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and required drug screen/background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (State Board licensure)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- At least one year of experience as a nurse
- At least six months of travel experience
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Possession of required department-specific competencies and certifications
- Drug screen and pre-employment background check
