Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities at Chamberlain Medical Center, Chamberlain, SD and Piedmont, SD. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, collaboration with physicians and inter-professional colleagues, patient assessment, education, triage, and coordination of care across preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases. Requires an accredited nursing program graduation, current RN license (multistate licensure acceptable in NLC states), and at least one year of nursing experience with travel experience. Contracts are 14 weeks with option to extend or relocate to another Sanford site; weekly pay with stipend included and Sanford benefits. Shift: 12 hours with rotating shifts; 36 hours per week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off; background screening and drug test required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
