Job Summary
Registered Nurse (travel contractor) at Chamberlain Medical Center, performing nursing process and direct patient care across a 14-week assignment with rotating 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation, patient education, triage, and collaboration with inter-professional teams. Requires RN license in practice state, 1 year of nursing experience, at least 6 months of travel experience, BSN preferred, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Weekly pay with included stipend and Sanford benefits; contracts may extend or transfer to another Sanford site. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure
- 1 year experience
- 6 months travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from location
- Nurse Licensure Compact state (if applicable)
- Drug screen and pre-employment background check
- Ability to perform nursing process and patient education
- Certification/competency requirements as applicable
