Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) providing patient-centered care using the nursing process across all phases of care. Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional teams to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care; delivers patient education, triage, and coordinating care to support health maintenance and follow-up. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in the practice state; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Travel contracts are 14 weeks with possible extension, located in Chamberlain, SD or Canistota, SD, with 36-hour weekly schedules across 12-hour shifts; housing stipend incorporated into weekly pay and Sanford benefits may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multistate license (NLC)
- Maintains required department competencies and certifications
- Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
