Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for travel 14-week contract at Chamberlain Medical Center. Responsibilities include nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; collaborating with physicians; care planning, patient education, triage, and a range of nursing interventions across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up. Requires RN licensure (state board or multistate/NLC), accredited nursing program completion, and one year of experience with at least six months of travel experience; living within 60 miles of the site. Bachelor’s in nursing preferred; benefits and weekly pay with included stipend; drug screen and background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure in NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
