Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing (UTICA, NY)

Assess residents on admission and when conditions change, documenting care plans and medical records while educating LPNs on PPS requirements. Administer medications following the five rights and manage pain using appropriate techniques, reviewing logs to ensure completeness. Accompany physicians on floor rounds, prepare 30 and 60 day reviews, and provide thorough shift reports via walking rounds. Implement and evaluate interdisciplinary care plans, delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs, and act as a resident advocate by protecting rights and addressing psychosocial needs. Comply with all regulations and MVHS policies while maintaining calm during emergencies. This role supports the facility's mission within the Clark North department, offering a full-time position with a pay range of $27.00 to $42.00 per hour.
