Job Summary
Community-based Registered Nurse role delivering home care in the Lower South West Metro region from Peel Service Centre. Provides clinical assessments, coordinates service provision, and educates clients and families. Delivers competency-based training to direct care workers; demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Works autonomously with a team focus to meet organizational objectives. Travel between Peel area is paid (mileage/vehicle options available). Working hours typically 7am–3pm or 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Comprehensive orientation, professional development, and employee benefits are provided; devices and consumables are supplied to assist care delivery; travel kilometers are paid when using own vehicle.
