Job Summary
Manage your own daily caseload of fewer, more meaningful visits, delivering advanced clinical care including PICC lines, infusions, and wound care while advocating for clients and their families. Own your practice by completing admissions, assessments, care plans, and medication management, delegating tasks to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers within scope. Work autonomously in the community with strong clinical support, building relationships with clients, families, and health professionals to empower individuals to thrive in their own homes. Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with competitive hourly rate and no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months general nursing experience
- Strong assessment skills
- Experience in acute, community and/or aged care settings
- Current AHPRA registration
- A strong client‐centred, collaborative approach to care
- A teachable, flexible attitude and commitment to ongoing learning
- Excellent time management, communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- A current full Australian driver's licence
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to complex clinical tasks such as PICC lines, infusions or advanced wound care
