Job Summary
Provide specialist palliative care to clients and their families within Perth North Metro areas, managing complex symptoms and changing needs at home. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, decision-making, and problem-solving to deliver an optimum standard of care. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, covering over 7 days per week including days, evenings, and occasional night shifts with penalty rates. Utilize exceptional communication skills and strong organizational abilities to support clients with life-limiting illnesses. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- at least two years nursing experience
- 2+ years of Post Grad nursing experience
- Current Registration with AHPRA with zero notations
- Current Working with childrens Check
- A current Full Australian driver's licence
- Full time positions
- cover over 7 days per week
- days and evenings (shift work will attract penalty rates)
- Night shifts will be on an occasional basis
Desired Qualifications
- Acute Care experience
- Strong interest and some experience in Palliative Care
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
- Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
- 0.8 or 0.9 per fortnight
