Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and treatment plans. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team while conducting initial and ongoing assessments to address resident needs. Maintain accurate records of care and progress, communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals, and collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive environment. Requires a Wisconsin RN license, current CPR certification, and strong clinical skills for Skilled Nursing best practices. Located in South Range, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin
- Current CPR certification
