Registered Nurse Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor - RN responsible for clinical leadership, resident care coordination, regulatory compliance, staffing oversight, quality improvement, infection prevention, investigations, and interprofessional collaboration on the PM shift in a Wisconsin long-term care setting. Provides direct patient care as needed; leads ~60 staff, conducts performance management, ensures accurate EMR documentation, conducts audits, and coordinates admissions and emergencies. Requires associate degree in nursing, Wisconsin RN license, BLS, 2+ years nursing experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, EMR proficiency; BSN preferred; full-time on-site.
