Registered Nurse - Shenandoah - Emergency Dept. - Per Diem - Shift Varies

Per Diem Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department role providing the nursing process across assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, evaluation, and documentation. Responsibilities include patient teaching, quality/safety initiatives, teamwork and leadership/professionalism, and coordination of care with other health team members. The RN is expected to complete mandatory competencies, unit-specific requirements, and participate in professional development activities; may assume charge nurse responsibilities and participate in department initiatives. Requires RN licensure in Virginia (or eligibility) with potential multi-state or single-state privileges, depending on licensure. Education: RN Diploma, ASN, or ADN required; BSN preferred.
