Job Summary
Registered Nurse delivering quality clinical care to patients at Holsworthy Health Centre on a Defence base. Develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management, assess patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments. Must hold APHRA registration, Sexual Health nursing certificate, CST provider credentials, CPD activity, and HLTAID009 CPR; minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in sexual and reproductive health nursing; vaccination against COVID-19; contribute to on-base clinical services with 0730-1530 hours and potential weekend/on-call shifts; eligible for Baseline Security Clearance as an Australian citizen.
Required Qualifications
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with APHRA
- Current Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health for Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years full-time Post Graduate experience within the previous 5 years in a sexual and reproductive health nurse role (or part time equivalent)
- Authorised Cervical Screening Test (CST) Provider; CST Credential and Certification of the Credentialed Course for the appropriate State/Territory
- CPD participation in accordance with AHPRA
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
- Australian Citizenship to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
