Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse for IDD Services, you will conduct assessments, implement health care plans, respond to changes in condition, coordinate with physicians and external medical centers, provide technical assistance and clinical oversight to staff, contribute input to each individual's service plan, ensure physician orders are documented and carried out, and travel between multiple locations to support on-site teams. This is a Monday–Friday role with on-call every other weekend, offering the opportunity to influence care across sites and participate in a comprehensive benefits package. You will engage in collaboration with the care team to promote health, safety, and quality of life for individuals served, utilizing strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver person-centered care within Sevita’s community-based services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current state RN License
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- One year of experience working with the population served (IDD)
- Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
