Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, implement health care plans, and monitor conditions while collaborating with physicians and external medical centers to prioritize patient outcomes. Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and staff training to ensure extraordinary care, leveraging critical thinking to meet biological, physical, and behavioral needs. Identify and advocate for patient wellbeing across specialties including disabilities, brain injury, and substance abuse disorder. Requires accredited RN degree, two years of medication passing experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with $70,500 salary, $5,000 sign-on bonus, 401(k) match, and ample time off.
