Job Summary
Conduct medical assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities and collaborate on placement decisions. Develop and implement service plans, review care plans, and ensure medical records remain current and compliant. Administer medications, manage high-risk conditions, and provide training to clients, staff, and respite providers. Oversee private duty nursing services, coordinate transportation, and assist with household activities as needed. Participate in on-call rotations and attend IDT, Human Rights, and Health and Safety committee meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- One year experience working with medically complex individuals
- Current state RN License
- Current driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to perform heavy work
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Travel as needed
