Job Summary
Registered Nurse at REM Community Sevita: conduct patient assessments, implement healthcare plans, monitor conditions, and provide clinical leadership and staff training in community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with physicians and external centers to prioritize patient outcomes, apply clinical judgment to meet biological, physical, and behavioral needs, and foster relationship-based care in a mission-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Accredited RN degree, current state RN license, and current CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience: One year of experience
