Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, implement health care plans, and monitor patients' conditions in a 10-bed congregate living facility. Collaborate with physicians and external medical centers to prioritize patient outcomes while providing technical assistance, medical oversight, and staff training. Use critical thinking to meet patients' biological, physical, and behavioral needs. Work a full-time day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM in 12-hour rotations with low patient ratios. This role impacts the lives of individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries at NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited RN degree
- current state RN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience
