Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to clients in designated geographic territories within Frederick County, Maryland, following a designated care plan. Administer medication, perform wound care and treatments, and monitor client conditions while reporting changes to clinical staff. Execute and document doctors' orders, perform client assessments, and manage case coordination using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations. Requires a current Maryland RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and ability to travel to assigned cases. Flexible schedules with 1:1 care and great work/life balance available.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in MD
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned

- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
