Job Summary
Supervise medication administration and manage admissions, assessments, and discharges for residents in compliance with federal, state, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Complete acute and long-term care plans, track clinical systems such as wounds and infection control, and provide general health consultations. Notify physicians and family of health changes while maintaining resident confidentiality and responding quickly to emergencies. Maintain close communication across departments, participate in the Safety & Disaster Plan, and deliver educational meetings to residents and staff. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and 1+ years of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school
- Two years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
- Area of Study: Nursing
- 1+ years
- skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
- Registered Nurse's License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing
- CPR certified
- Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Must have a Registered Nurse's License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing
- Must be CPR certified
- Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs
