Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across all phases of the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Manage preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients in the assigned clinical setting. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and age/population-specific standards.
