Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education across the continuum of care. Coordinate care planning, implement interventions, and maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice as designated in the assigned clinical setting. Ensure all activities align with the Nurse Practice Act, state licensure, and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours on rotating 12-hour shifts. Live at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
