Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across the continuum of care. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate treatment for patients in preventative, diagnostic, and follow-up phases. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing degree, and ongoing competency certifications. Starting rate is $2,758 weekly for 36 hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
