Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Manage patient assessment, education, triage, and interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing degree, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
