Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across all phases of preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and state licensure standards. Maintain required department competencies and certifications while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Work 36 hours weekly at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, starting at $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
