Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across the continuum. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing practice. Manage preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment for patients in all phases of their journey. Maintain licensure and department-specific competencies as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and state standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
