Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Manage patient assessment, triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care, from preventative health to diagnosis and treatment. Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards while maintaining competency in age and population-specific clinical settings. Work 36 hours weekly at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, with a starting rate of $2,758. Requires an unencumbered RN license and preferred Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
