Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, manage patient triage, and coordinate care plans across the continuum of health maintenance and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to implement and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Deliver patient education and interventions for individuals in all phases of diagnosis and follow-up within the assigned clinical setting. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Starting rate is $2,758 for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
