Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Conduct patient assessments, triage, and education while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings within the full scope of nursing expertise. Live at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN, for this 12-hour rotating shift role with 36 weekly hours. Requires one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
